We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Marketing Manager with 3–4 years of experience to strengthen and enhance our company's brand presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content ideas, managing social media platforms, and executing branding initiatives to increase visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies. Generate creative content ideas aligned with the company's vision and goals. Manage and oversee all company social media platforms (content planning, posting, engagement, and growth). Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels. Plan and execute digital campaigns to enhance brand awareness and reach. Monitor social media insights and performance metrics to optimize strategies. Coordinate with design and content teams for high-quality creatives and campaigns. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to maintain brand competitiveness. Requirements: 3–4 years of experience in Brand Marketing or Social Media Management. Strong content creation and storytelling skills. Proven experience in managing and growing social media platforms. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Creative mindset with the ability to execute innovative branding strategies.
