Experience: 3 to 6 Years Location: Bangalore Role Type: Full-time ( Onsite ) Role Overview We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who can drive end-to-end brand strategy, digital growth, and product marketing initiatives. The role requires a mix of consumer insight, campaign execution, and data-driven decision making to scale brand and business impact. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Campaigns Lead 360° marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital) Build brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies Manage agency partnerships and cross-channel execution Product & Growth Marketing Own product launches, feature prioritization, and value proposition Translate VOC (Voice of Customer) into product and marketing inputs Drive digital acquisition via performance channels (Google, Meta, Affiliates) Consumer Insights & Analytics Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling Build dashboards (Excel / Power BI) for performance tracking Derive actionable insights to improve campaigns and CX Stakeholder & Project Management Work cross-functionally with product, tech, media, PR, and CRM teams Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects (launches, platforms, CX tools like chatbots) Drive collaboration with external vendors and partners Customer Experience & Retention Design and optimize user journeys, loyalty programs, and engagement funnels Improve NPS, retention, and in-store/online experience Ideal Candidate Profile 3–6 years of experience in brand marketing / growth / product marketing Experience in consumer , FMCG, auto, fintech, or digital-first brands Proven track record of executing high-impact campaigns and product launches Strong understanding of performance marketing + brand building Hands-on with tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel, Sprinklr Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, tech, design) Good to Have Experience in platform/product-led ecosystems (Amazon, marketplaces, apps) Exposure to innovative launches (e.g., digital experiences, metaverse, etc.) Experience managing influencers, affiliates, and partnerships Outcome Metrics Growth in leads, traffic, and conversions Improvement in brand recall and engagement Campaign ROI and CAC optimization Customer experience metrics (NPS, retention) About WinnerBrands At WinnerBrands, we are on a mission to create a community of the brightest marketing minds to deliver impactful, rewarding, and purposeful work by collaborating, contributing & co-learning with smart peers.
