Job Description The Prepaid Roaming Manager will be responsible for leading the growth of Globe’s Prepaid and TM Roaming & International Businesses. This role combines strategic thinking with execution excellence, requiring someone who can manage a dynamic portfolio, analyze performance data, and drive cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Retail, Marketing, Product, Network and Technical teams. The ideal candidate is highly data-driven, commercially sharp, and customer-first, with advanced skills in Excel and dashboard management. Prepaid Roaming is one of Globe’s fastest-growing segments, delivering record-high performance in recent years and driving significant contributions to the company’s international portfolio. This role goes beyond sustaining momentum, and requires a forward-thinking leader who can unlock the next wave of growth in data roaming, aggressively expand the portfolio, and ensure Globe continues to outpace local SIM and eSIM alternatives. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the growth trajectory of Prepaid Roaming & International Business, delivering on Globe’s aggressive 2026 and beyond targets. Manage and evolve Globe’s roaming portfolio (GoRoam, Roam Surf Global Packs, and future innovations) to ensure leadership in value, relevance, and customer experience. Develop, champion, and execute critical business cases for new markets, products, and customer solutions. Establish robust performance dashboards and reporting systems, ensuring timely, data-driven decision-making. Drive cross-functional synergies with Inbound, Outbound, Commercial, Retail, and Partner teams to maximize SOP commitments and optimize financial outcomes. Anchor marketing strategies on deep customer insights, ensuring Globe remains the top choice for Filipinos traveling abroad. Take full accountability for the end-to-end execution of roaming initiatives, ensuring speed-to-market and sustained impact. Serve as the voice of Prepaid Roaming, confidently leading discussions, influencing stakeholders, and securing alignment at all levels. KPIs: Sustained double-digit annual growth in Prepaid Roaming GSR Significant growth in roaming penetration rate and prepaid roaming subscriber base expansion Operational efficiency improvements for profitability Timely and impactful execution of product launches and market expansions. TOP 3-5 DELIVERABLES: Business Acumen: Deliver the next stage of annual growth in prepaid data roaming revenues and profitability. Penetration & Subscriber Base: Increase roaming penetration rate and grow active subscriber count. Portfolio Expansion and Innovations: Launch and scale new roaming products (GoRoam, Roam Surf Global Packs, etc.) that set Globe apart from competitors. Lead rationalization and portfolio optimization to ensure sustainability and future-proof competitiveness. Dashboard Management and Analysis: Build dashboards to institutionalize data-driven management, including actionable next steps. Strengthen synergies with Inbound and Commercial teams to optimize SOP commitments and maximize partner value.
