Job Description As the Marketing Manager for Poland (PL) and CEE, you will be responsible for identifying, planning, and executing integrated marketing and communication initiatives tailored to these markets. This newly established role is part of the Brand Marketing team and works closely with the Country Manager PL as well as cross-functional teams including Brand Creative, Media, Buying, CRM, Analytics, Onsite. You will manage external partners and energize our international network to bring Breuninger’s brand to life in a relevant and impactful way – contributing to our ambition of becoming Europe’s leading omnichannel player. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing professional with an international mindset and a strong ability to translate global strategies into impactful local execution. You are a self-starter who takes initiatives and ownership, and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You bring a hands-on, proactive attitude, can easily juggle multiple projects, and are always focused on results. You enjoy working with complex processes, continuously seeking improvements, and collaborating effectively across teams to drive the brand forward. Develop and execute a holistic marketing and communications strategy for Poland Implement global brand campaigns to ensure regional relevance and maximum impact Plan and manage influencer and PR campaigns as well as brand activations like events and collaborations Manage external agencies (PR & Influencer), to maintain a consistent “always-On” brand experience Act as a strong brand ambassador, ensuring a unified tone of voice and messaging across all local touchpoints Identify and act on local market opportunities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders across functions and regions Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Fluent in German/English, Polish is required 5+ years of experience in brand marketing or communications, ideally in a lifestyle, fashion, or consumer-facing environment Experience in Fashion eCommerce is a plus Proven expertise in PR and influencer marketing (must-have) Proven experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong project management and organizational skills, always with a solution-oriented mindset Deep understanding of the Polish market, including local consumer behavior, competitive landscape and market trends Knowledge of the Czech market and other CEE markets is a plus Emotionally intelligent team player with excellent stakeholder management skills Willingness to travel within Poland and to the German headquarter Openness to hybrid work in Warsaw local office Additional Information At Breuninger, it's about more than just a job.
