Description

The Marketing Manager will sit at the heart of our marketing function, taking responsibility for campaign development, calendar planning, and cross-functional briefing across key channels (digital, PR, design, social, CRM).
You’ll work across all four brands—Piccolino, Riva Blu, Restaurant Bar & Grill, and Forbici—helping to bring campaigns to life, ensuring brand clarity and consistency, and driving guest engagement across all touchpoints. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role requiring strategic thinking, creative flair, and commercial focus.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years in a generalist marketing role (hospitality, retail, lifestyle a plus)
  • Proven experience managing integrated campaigns
  • Strong project management & organisational skills
  • Excellent written communication & briefing ability
  • Sharp eye for brand detail & visual consistency
  • Collaborative, personable, and strong relationship-builder

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management – Lead planning & execution of seasonal, brand, and site-level campaigns; own the marketing calendar; manage timelines, assets & approvals
  • Briefing & Coordination – Write clear briefs for design, PR, digital & content teams; ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Brand & Content – Champion brand guidelines; support creation of copy & content; manage brand & campaign asset library
  • Local & New Site Marketing – Develop hyper-local plans to drive awareness & footfall; coordinate new opening campaigns with operations & PR
  • Reporting & Analysis – Monitor campaign performance, optimise activity, and share insights
