WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As the Brand Marketing Manager you will:
Make a difference: Developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that will maintain and strengthen our brand identity, enhance brand awareness, and foster end-user loyalty. Through insightful market analysis, strategic campaign development, and collaborative cross-functional partnerships, this role will drive the brand’s value proposition, ensuring consistent messaging that ultimately contributes to the Division’s overall growth and market leadership.
Innovate and solve problems: Develop and execute a comprehensive brand, communications, and digital marketing strategy aligned with Divisional objectives and strategic intent. Own and optimise the digital asset and content management strategy to enhance customer engagement and brand presence.
Collaborate: Develop and manage the annual Advertising and Promotions plan, ensuring effective budget allocation and ROI. Manage key industry association relationships, event participation, and strategic collaborations.
Continuous Improvement: Utilise analytics and performance data to optimise digital marketing effectiveness and drive informed decision-making. Drive and role model effective cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and operations to develop and execute strategic initiatives.
