REQUIREMENTS

  • A strong marketeer with a proven track record of building market-leading brands, developing and implementing integrated brand campaigns to drive business growth. Has a strong ability to project manage, lead cross-functional collaboration, manage budgets and timelines, synthesise stakeholder inputs, and communicate with clarity and structure.
  • Passionate about brand building, taking pride in crafting impactful, memorable campaigns that drive strong brand recall and market resonance.
  • Data-driven, using logic and data to inform messaging, channel mix, and initiatives while tracking key metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Takes a customer-centric approach and understands shifting consumer needs, pain points, and opportunities within the local financial ecosystem.
  • Passionate about investing and actively keeps up with market trends, with personal investing experience a plus.
  • A growth mindset with a strong willingness to learn, iterate, and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required; fluency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within financial services, fintech, or at a creative agency with financial sector clients.
Responsibilities
  • Spearhead Integrated Brand Marketing Campaigns


    • Own and lead multi-channel marketing initiatives across paid, owned, and earned media to drive brand visibility and business growth. Partner with Content, Performance Marketing, Creative, Business Development, PR teams, and agencies to deliver holistic impactful campaigns that cuts through.

    • Champion Brand Excellence Across Touchpoints


      • Work closely with different channels globally to ensure that brand messaging, tone, imagery, experience is consistently represented throughout all touchpoints. Champion brand hygiene including the maintenance of reviews on google, trustpilot and the running of brand training programs.

      • Maximise Impact and ROI


        • Collaborate across multiple channels across growth and content teams to continually optimise ROI, ensuring every brand initiative builds equity while delivering measurable business results.
