We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Marketing Manager to lead and grow our brand presence across various platforms. This role is crucial in building strong brand partnerships, executing impactful brand launches, and crafting compelling content strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in branding, community building, and driving promotional campaigns that resonate with our market—especially within the construction and development industry.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Proven experience in brand development and campaign management.
  • Strong background in content marketing and storytelling.
  • Excellent partnership-building and negotiation skills.
  • Skilled in community engagement and digital platform strategies.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Google Suite, Meta Ads, Canva/Adobe, CRM tools).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with construction market trends.
  • Experience managing internal and external stakeholders, including media agencies and creative teams.

Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement end-to-end branding strategies aligned with company vision and goals.
  • Lead brand identity initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations
  • Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with key industry players, suppliers, and organizations.
  • Manage co-branding initiatives and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Brand Launches
  • Plan and execute brand/product launches, from ideation to post-launch performance tracking.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, creatives) to ensure timely and successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Content Marketing
  • Oversee content creation for digital platforms, brochures, videos, social media, and press releases.
  • Work with creative and media teams to produce content that educates, engages, and converts.
  • Community Building & Engagement
  • Build and nurture communities through events, social media, forums, and other engagement platforms.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and respond to public feedback constructively and promptly.
  • Promotions & Campaigns
  • Plan, implement, and track promotional campaigns (online and offline).Evaluate performance metrics and optimize marketing spend.
