OVERVIEW:

Have a passion for building, implementing, and measuring new systems, processes & campaigns.
At the same time, be able to be the brand custodian and ensure standardisation and drive brand equity through successful deployment and localisation of global toolkits.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Collaborate closely with Campaign Managers and internal Stakeholders (Business Development, Campaigns team etc.) to drive sponsorship requirements according to business priorities and goals. (e.g. merchandise production, distribution, activation etc.)
  • Reporting on a weekly/monthly basis with ad-hoc reporting for major marketing campaigns/events when required
  • Manage agency, in-house design teams cross-functional relationships at both global and regional level.
  • Be the brand custodian, ensure standardisation and gatekeep.
  • Ability to do deployment of brand toolkits on a Global and Regional level.
  • Work with different functions within the organisation, across different markets/regions, as well as different stakeholders to ensure all projects that have branding criteria are met.
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of activation events (both online and offline), programs and engagement activities; Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing efforts with event objectives.
  • Growth marketing mindset and experience preferably to be able to curate campaigns and determine ROI to drive top to middle funnel conversion.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of agency or brand work experience.
  • Preferably with experience in Financial Services or Fintech industry with Regional or Global exposure.
  • Some copywriting skills with experience in photography, image/video editing softwares for social media.
  • Ability to provide strategic insights and help create graphic design/content in various forms.
