That’s where you come in.
As our Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll be the owner of Zensai’s brand. You’ll define how we show up in the world — from the foundations (positioning, playbooks, tone of voice, identity) to the big moments (campaigns, events, awards, trade partnerships). You’ll work closely with Rebecca (Head of Content & Campaigns), our C-suite, and trade partners like CIPD and ATD to make sure everyone knows what Zensai stands for — and why it matters.
Build and own Zensai’s brand strategy, guidelines, and playbooks
Shape messaging and positioning that differentiate us from the pack
Lead relationships with trade partners (ATD, CIPD, SHRM) and co-create content that reaches HR and L&D leaders
Own the brand & editorial calendar across campaigns, events, awards, and more
Drive creative storytelling that makes “Human Success” resonate with our ICP at a country level
Partner across Product, Revenue Marketing, and C-suite to align brand with business goals
