QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–3+ years of hands on experience in content creation and marketing, with exposure to brand management a strong plus.
  • Required: experience working with fashion/clothing e-commerce brands.
  • Proven ability to capture and edit high-quality content (portfolio required).
  • Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok growth mechanics.
  • Skilled in editing tools (CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
  • Strong creative storytelling skills combined with marketing strategy mindset.
  • Golf experience is highly preferred. Much of the content creation will involve capturing authentic, on course moments during a weekly paid round.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a part-time Brand Marketing & Social Media Content Creator to help drive our marketing efforts for a direct-to-consumer clothing brand. This role focuses heavily on social media strategy, content ideation, and content creation within the fashion space. Applicants must have prior experience in marketing for a fashion or clothing e-commerce brand, and should be able to think strategically about growth while also being hands-on: developing ideas, capturing content, editing high-quality Reels/TikToks, and publishing consistently across platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing & Strategy

  • Build and manage a 30–60 day content calendar for Instagram and TikTok.
  • Develop creative campaign ideas aligned with brand positioning and growth goals.
  • Support overall marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and community engagement.

Content Ideation, Capture & Publishing

  • Ideate, script, and produce Reels, TikToks, carousels, and stories end-to-end, from brainstorming concepts to capturing raw footage and editing polished content.
  • Proactively gather and capture content during shoots, on the golf course, and in lifestyle settings.
  • Edit high quality vertical video and imagery that aligns with brand tone and storytelling.
  • Write captions, apply hashtags, and manage a consistent posting schedule.

Engagement & Growth

  • Actively engage with followers through comments, DMs, and community management.
  • Monitor trends and adapt relevant ones to fit the brand voice.
  • Collaborate with external creators/partners to expand content variety.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance KPIs.
  • Provide bi-weekly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Continuously refine strategy based on results and growth patterns.
