REQUIREMENTS

• Portfolio demonstrating strong video editing skills and an eye for minimalist design
• Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
• Understanding of social media platforms and short-form content trends
• Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, engaging visual stories
• Strong sense of composition, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a startup environment
• Openness to feedback and multiple iterations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Interest in or knowledge of racket sports (tennis, pickleball, badminton, squash)
• Fascination with AI and emerging technologies
• Experience with minimalist or clean design aesthetics
• Understanding of motion graphics and animation principles
• Previous internship or project experience in video production

THE ROLE

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media/Video Producer & Editor to join our growing team. Starting as an internship with strong potential to transition to part-time as you grow with our company, this role is perfect for someone passionate about minimalist design aesthetics, emerging technology, and racket sports.
You’ll be responsible for creating compelling short-form video content that embodies our minimalist brand philosophy while showcasing our innovative products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce 2-4 short-form videos weekly (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) that reflect elevenset’s minimalist design ethos
• Create clean, purposeful motion graphics and animations aligned with our brand’s simplicity-first approach
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop content strategies that highlight AI innovations and racket sports applications
• Edit video content with a focus on clean compositions, intentional negative space, and minimal yet impactful visual elements
• Analyze content performance and iterate on successful minimalist design approaches
• Develop scripts and concepts that communicate complex AI/tech concepts through simple, accessible narratives
• Maintain consistent visual storytelling that emphasizes quality over quantity
