The Mission The LATAM Marketing team drives the growth of the creator economy in the region by positioning Hotmart as the most trusted platform for digital creators. Latin America is a fast-growing and strategic priority market for the company, and marketing plays a key role in strengthening our brand, generating demand and accelerating ecosystem adoption through brand strategy, full-funnel campaigns and meaningful customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Execute brand and communication campaigns across the LATAM market. Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns (360° / full funnel). Ensure consistency across brand positioning, storytelling and brand narrative. Monitor brand health metrics including awareness, consideration, conversion and brand equity. Analyze campaign performance and generate insights for optimization. Collaborate with Sales, Experience and Social teams on regional initiatives. Support community and creator engagement initiatives in LATAM. Qualifications you need: Experience in brand marketing or strategic marketing. Experience executing integrated or 360° marketing campaigns. Knowledge of brand positioning and brand building strategies. Strong organizational and project management skills. Around 5 years of experience in marketing roles. Professional proficiency in English and Spanish. Nice to have: Experience in multinational companies. Experience in community building or ecosystem marketing. Experience in technology, SaaS or creator economy companies. Analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance.
