JOB SUMMARY

This role is suited to someone with strong technical proficiency in web development and graphic design, coupled with creative flair. It is key to be able to maintain a consistent brand image, manage brand communications, and help shape a broader marketing strategy - working to a marketing plan whilst remaining flexible, both independently and in support of broader business objectives.

Website Development & Maintenance

• Lead the design and build of a new website - likely using Shopify.
• Manage ongoing updates, performance optimisation, and CRO testing in line with agreed KPI’s.

Graphic & Creative Asset Production

• Create high-quality design assets for e-commerce listings, brochures, digital campaigns, social media, and other marketing.
• Tailor brand image and messaging to fit business needs.
• Guide the creation of digital assets and collaborate on strategies for new product launches.

Social Media & Influencer Support

• Schedule, publish, and manage content calendars across platforms.
• Develop creative formats for video, reels, and short-form media.

Amazon Platform Awareness

• Build & maintain a foundational understanding of Amazon Seller Central functionality.
• Utilise customer experience insights to support listing improvements and optimisation.
• Participate in informed discussions around Amazon marketplace strategy and trends.

Digital Marketing Collaboration

• Assist in planning, KPI monitoring & reporting discussions.
• Lead on customer journey improvements and brand storytelling.
• Support the team with general marketing activities as needed.
