Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

Paire is offering an annual salary of $70,000–$80,000 plus superannuation for the full-time Brand Marketing Specialist role, based in South Melbourne, VIC 3205.
The Brand Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving the company’s brand vision, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all touchpoints. This role plays a key part in strengthening brand equity, enhancing customer loyalty, and supporting business growth through integrated marketing campaigns, strategic positioning, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in brand strategy, creative direction, and market insights, with a deep understanding of how to align storytelling, design, and marketing with broader commercial objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, develop, and execute brand campaigns and marketing strategies to support commercial objectives, including growth in market share and consumer engagement.
  • Advise senior leadership on advertising and promotional strategies to effectively reach target markets, strengthen brand identity, and promote the values of sustainability and innovation.
  • Coordinate the production and execution of integrated marketing campaigns involving creative content creation, social media, influencer marketing, visual merchandising, and digital advertising, within defined budgets and timelines.
  • Conduct and analyse market research and consumer trend data to predict current and future preferences and inform marketing and product positioning strategies.
  • Interpret market characteristics and evaluate the demand for new or existing product lines, leveraging insights to guide product development and innovation initiatives.
  • Support business development and brand growth through the implementation of long-term strategic marketing plans aligned with the company’s vision and sustainability principles.
  • Commission and oversee creative production and storytelling initiatives, such as photo and video shoots, digital content, PR and brand events, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and values.
  • Advise on product mix, pricing strategies, promotional methods, and distribution channels to optimise market penetration and consumer loyalty.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between marketing, design, and production teams to integrate marketing strategy with product innovation and represent the brand at external events and lead community-building efforts to strengthen brand presence in retail and digital environments.
