As a Brand Marketing Specialist at Payara, you will be responsible for managing Payara’s brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity. You will also lead social media strategy, creating and scheduling engaging content to grow our online community and enhance brand awareness.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3 years’ experience in Brand Management
  • Proven experience using HubSpot
  • Strong communicator in both spoken and written English language
  • Content Creation experience and Social Media Management
  • Email Marketing Campaigns Coordination
  • Internal and external Event Management experience
  • Knowledge of social media channels, planning and management
  • Google Analytics and proficiency in data analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions
  • Event management and branding experience
  • Excellent Project management and coordination skills

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Video creation and editing skills
  • Reels creation skills

PERSONAL SKILLS & BEHAVIOURS

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and promote Payara’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
  • Ownership of the publishing plan across social media, email marketing and website
  • Produce and manage content for various marketing materials, including website, blogs, social media, email marketing, and more.
  • Oversee social media platforms, create engaging content, and interact with the audience to build and maintain a positive online presence.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and analysis of campaign performance.
  • Plan and execute all internal and external marketing events and conferences
  • Execute project management, planning, and running campaigns; managing resources, and meeting deadlines.
