The Brand Marketing Specialist – Sportstyle is responsible for building Salomon’s sportstyle brand presence across Australia and New Zealand through culturally relevant campaigns, community moments and partnerships. This role brings Salomon into lifestyle and fashion-adjacent spaces, creating brand moments that resonate beyond performance and drive cultural impact. Responsibilities include; Execute sportstyle brand campaigns and activations that connect Salomon with culture, creativity and lifestyle communities. Deliver brand-first moments designed to cut through and drive relevance. Build and activate sportstyle communities through events, collaborations and brand moments. Identify cultural opportunities that position Salomon authentically within the space Develop and manage the Sportstyle Ambassador and KOL program. Identify creators, tastemakers and cultural leaders who align with the brand and drive influence. Manage relationships, gifting, content collaborations and activations Ensure all Sportstyle executions feel premium, aspirational and culturally relevant. Uphold brand guidelines while enabling creative expression aligned to sportstyle audiences Manage sportstyle marketing investment and track performance across initiatives. Share insights and learnings to continuously refine strategy. What we are looking for: You will bring a passion for our culture and fashion and can demonstrate an understanding of the Consumer, their media consumption and shopping habits. Demonstrated experience in management of content development, execution, and delivery on time, stakeholder management of omnichannel campaigns to exceed consumer expectations will be paramount for success in this role. Having an understanding of the importance of eCommerce as a single channel and how this interacts within the wider retailing environment is needed to be successful in the role, along with proven analytical capabilities, track record in data' mining' to provide insights into consumer habits, developing opportunities to benefit supplier, retailer, and ultimately, the Consumer.
