We are looking for a talented & passionate Brand Marketing Αssociate, reporting directly to the Brand Manager. The Brand Marketing Αssociate will support the delivery of the brand strategy by managing day-to-day execution of projects and campaigns. This role will be the primary owner of our social media channels, ensuring engaging, on-brand content and community interaction. The role is based in our offices in Kolonos, Athens. Responsibilities Execute brand projects and campaigns in line with the annual brand strategy and commercial calendar Manage and grow our social media presence, including content planning, posting, and community engagement Support brand events, activations, and content creation from planning to on-the-ground execution Develop and manage a strong network of influencers and creators, driving unique and engaging content. Monitor and report on campaign and social media performance, providing actionable insights Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines and tone of voice Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Campaign Management, or a related role is preferred. Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, e-mail marketing & familiarity with analytics platforms. Well-organized with an eye for detail and the ability to plan, develop, and execute multiple marketing campaigns across various channels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management & project management skills to ensure campaigns are delivered on time. Τeam player attitude with the ability to develop strong relationships with internal team members as well as with external partners. Stay updated on marketing tools and platforms to optimize campaigns' efficiency. Understanding of the sporting goods industry and market trends is considered a plus.
