Job Description Executing Strategies: Assist the Brand Manager and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies tailored to the Sampoerna University business unit. Performance Tracking: Collect brand metrics to provide data for marketing campaigns and initiatives evaluation/analysis. Project Management: Track marketing efforts aimed at increasing brand visibility and achieving key business objectives, giving indicator to the Brand Manager should there be any challenge/problem in projects. Administration & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly Sales and the Faculty department, to ensure marketing activities are aligned with strategic goals and company's need. Qualifications Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications/Business Management or any relevant majors At least 3-5 years’ experience in marketing; exposure and experience in education industry is a bonus Well-versed in writing and communicating in English, as well as engaging with respective users Analytical and creative thinking Strong leadership and project management Additional Information This position will be handling for Sampoerna University business unit.
