AMUNRA is a soon-to-be-launched luxury eyewear house redefining contemporary luxury through timeless design, exceptional craftsmanship, and limited-edition collections.

Inspired by mythology and created for those who appreciate rarity, every AMUNRA frame is produced in individually numbered editions of just 100 pieces per colourway. We are building a brand that values quality over quantity, thoughtful design over trends, and an exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint.

As we prepare for launch, we're looking for one exceptional person to become the operational backbone of the business.

This is not a typical corporate role.

You'll work directly with the founders and play a key role in building the company from the ground up. If you're excited by ownership, solving problems, improving processes, and helping shape a luxury brand in its earliest stages, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As Brand Operations & E-commerce Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of AMUNRA and ensure every aspect of the customer journey runs seamlessly.

You'll become the central point of contact across our Shopify store, fulfilment partner, customer experience, inventory, and operational processes, allowing the founders to focus on brand growth and strategic partnerships.

No two days will look the same, and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-commerce & Shopify

• Manage the Shopify store on a daily basis.
• Monitor incoming orders and customer journeys.
• Maintain product listings and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate website updates and improvements.
• Test the website after updates and launches.
• Monitor payments, discounts, and checkout performance.

Order Fulfilment & Logistics

• Coordinate with our warehouse and fulfilment partner.
• Track orders from purchase through delivery.
• Resolve shipping and logistics issues.
• Manage returns, exchanges, replacements, and warranty claims.
• Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies.

Customer Experience

• Deliver a premium customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Respond to customer enquiries with professionalism and care.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining our luxury brand standards.
• Escalate complex matters to the founders where appropriate.

Operations & Reporting

• Track daily operational performance.
• Monitor refunds, returns, and Shopify payouts.
• Prepare regular reports for the founders.
• Identify operational risks before they become problems.
• Help create and improve internal processes and SOPs.

Continuous Improvement

We're looking for someone who doesn't simply execute tasks but actively looks for ways to improve the business.

Preferred Experience

• Experience managing Shopify stores.*
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, brand operations, or a similar role.*
• Familiarity with Shopify dashboard and e-commerce tools.*
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.*
• Previous experience within a premium, luxury, fashion, jewellery, beauty, or design-led e-commerce brand.*
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• Understanding of order fulfilment and inventory management.
• Knowledge of luxury customer experience standards.
• Experience working with 3PL partners and international shipping.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience using project management and CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Experience launching or scaling a direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand.
