OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a commercially driven leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to strengthen brand presence, drive client engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role demands a balance of corporate-level representation, operational oversight, and direct involvement in customer-facing initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or brand management, preferably in the beauty, aesthetics, or retail industry
  • Proven ability in lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand growth
  • Experience with digital marketing, social media campaigns, and event/roadshow activations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a hands-on approach to customer engagement
  • Ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and meet business targets
Responsibilities
  • Brand & Reputation Management: Safeguard and enhance multiple brand presence through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and active market participation.
  • Lead & Pipeline Oversight: Oversee lead management strategies while personally supporting telecalling activities, follow-ups, and conversion initiatives.
  • Client Experience Excellence: Shape and manage the full customer journey, actively participating in roadshows, product demonstrations, and corporate events to reinforce brand credibility.
  • Stakeholder & Corporate Engagement: Strong participation in roadshows, corporate events etc. Representing the brand in corporate presentations, partnership discussions, and networking forums to expand business opportunities.
  • People Leadership: Guide and motivate the team while working alongside them in the field to model best practices.
  • Capability Development: Deliver and oversee comprehensive training programs that blend classroom learning with practical application in sales and service contexts.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure PDPA compliance, maintain operational integrity, and provide accurate reporting from both corporate and field activities.
  • Performance & Growth: Set, monitor, and achieve long-term KPIs and targets, using a mix of strategic initiatives and hands-on execution to secure results.
