Team Segment : Music As FANKLUB continues to expand its subscription-based brand partnership model, we are looking for a Brand Operations & Subscription Solutions Specialist to support brand partners in designing, executing, and optimizing subscription-driven operations on the platform. In this role, you will translate brand marketing and operational needs into sustainable membership experiences that fans can engage with over the long term. Responsibilities: Brand Subscription Operations and Project Execution (50%) Support the development of subscription operating procedures for brands on FANKLUB Assist brands in planning member content, engagement mechanics, and execution rhythms Regularly track brand performance, compiling execution records and data-driven insights Serve as the primary operations point of contact between brand partners and internal teams Content and Asset Production and Publishing (30%) Support the planning of brand content assets, including promotional, campaign, and member-exclusive content Manage backend content publishing and workflow coordination Provide administrative and on-site support for brand marketing initiatives and offline events Contract and Administrative Coordination (20%) Support the tracking of brand partnership contracts and related documentation Coordinate administrative workflows with internal legal, finance, and business teams Build and maintain documentation for brand partnerships and subscription projects Requirements: At least two years of relevant experience in brand marketing, membership operations, content platforms, or project management Familiarity with brand communication and collaboration processes, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively Strong project tracking and cross-functional coordination skills to ensure execution quality and timelines Comfortable with administrative and execution-focused responsibilities Basic content production and asset management skills, including organizing and publishing materials Preferred Qualifications: Experience with subscription-based, membership, or CRM-related projects Experience working on brand and platform partnership initiatives About KKBOX ONE and FANKLUB FANKLUB, created by KKBOX, is a next-generation platform for fandom and member engagement dedicated to deepening the long-term connection between artists, creators, brands, and their core fans.
