Main purpose of the Brand Partnerships Intern role: The Brand Partnerships Intern is responsible for supporting the Brand Partnerships team to ensure all partnerships projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. Major Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Manage day-to-day project management communications with internal and external teams. * Track campaign/ project status and metrics. * Support execution of brand partnership campaigns, activations and marketing initiatives from planning through completion. * Conduct research on potential brand partners, cultural trends and influencer talent to support partnership opportunities. * Assist in building and updating recaps, reports and presentations summarizing campaign performance, social metrics and key learnings. * Assist in product seeding/gifting initiatives, preparing and coordinating shipments, and tracking gifting efforts. Required Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: * Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading abilities. * Comfortable performing in a fast-paced work environment to meet tight deadline schedules. * Ability to understand multiple brand identities and curate influencer lists specific to each project Minimum Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. * Strong communication (written and verbal) and relationship management skills. * Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Interest in the fashion/ lifestyle industry emphasizing in Brand Partnerships, Brand Marketing, Business Development and Industry Relations Preferred Qualifications: * Data entry * Showroom experience * Quick and accurate typing skills * Administrative experience A successful candidate works well in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
