THE ICONIC Partnerships team is responsible for establishing and managing relationships with a variety of partners across Australia and New Zealand. The team works to understand our partners’ objectives and, in response, proactively develop and execute marketing plans. We are currently on the look out for a Brand Partnerships Manager. The role reports to the Head of Partnerships, and works alongside the Partnerships team to manage and grow our network of Brand partners. What’s involved… Contribute to and deliver the partnership marketing strategy Identify, manage and grow collaborative relationships with a portfolio of key business partners Develop a deep understanding of how THE ICONIC’s marketing campaigns and channels can help meet partner goals and objectives. Think creatively and analytically to build partnership opportunities within THE ICONIC’s marketing calendar Use data and insights to create rich presentations and reports that inform and inspire partners to work with THE ICONIC Manage the end-to-end processes of bringing our partner campaigns to life, working with multiple teams, internally and externally About you… Partnerships, Agency and/or Business Development experience - 3 years minimum Broad marketing skill set with basic understanding of key digital marketing channels and their role in the marketing mix Strong track record in achieving revenue targets Experience in managing a diverse set of partnerships Experience in driving commercial negotiations Data-oriented and analytical Strong relationship-building skills and confidence presenting Agility, resilience and tenacity Creative and collaborative mindset A can-do attitude and excellent communication style Exposure to performance-based partnerships a bonus eCommerce retail or media experience is desirable At THE ICONIC, we do things differently—and we have a lot of fun along the way!
