Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Norton Motorcycles are looking for a Brand Partnerships Specialist on a contract basis for three to six months. We are looking for someone who thrives on building impactful relationships and curating collaborations that resonate with riders.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, pitch, and secure strategic brand partnerships across lifestyle, apparel, tech, and motorsport industries
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships—nurturing, optimising, and ensuring alignment with Norton brand values
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to bring co-branded campaigns, events, and activations to market
  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements, ensuring ROI and mutual value
  • Monitor partnership performance and compile regular reports on KPIs, audience impact, and engagement
  • Stay on top of trends in both the motorcycle industry and adjacent verticals to spot new opportunities
  • Represent the brand at industry events, races, and trade shows to cultivate networks and promote collaboration
