Brand Performance Designer, PermanentLondon (40% hybrid) £30,000 - 40,000 + Benefits
We’re looking for a Brand Performance Designer to join our multi-disciplinary Creative Studio and work closely with our Growth Marketing team.
It’s a great opportunity for a creative thinker who can combine static and motion design to create impactful and data-driven marketing campaigns.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure that our creative output aligns with our brand identity but also drives marketing performance. One of the key responsibilities will be designing A/B tests to optimise CTR, CPA and CVR while continuously improving our creative effectiveness.
Working collaboratively is an extremely important part of this role. You’ll need to have a good relationship with our Senior Traffic Manager, and you’ll interpret briefs and translate them into data-driven design experiments. The insights might come from the marketing team, our own creative studio or even you. You’ll need a strategic and analytical mindset and we’ll value this just as much as we do your design skills.
Experience in brand development is essential, and our core brand elements will need to be applied across all creative, ensuring we produce highly effective static assets across multiple formats for key growth channels. A strong grasp of typography, layout, and photography will be key to delivering compelling visual solutions.
Creative ideation is also an important part of this role and you’ll be required to contribute to brainstorming sessions and help shape the visual direction of campaigns. You’ll also need to work closely with our copywriters as creative excellence is rarely achieved in isolation. The finished product will feature in multiple markets, including the UK, France, Italy, Spain and the US, so a global mindset is essential. Additional language skills are desirable but not a requirement.
