Position Overview: Our Brand President will lead and coach the franchise network to ensure alignment with brand strategy and enhance market presence. This role involves developing cross-functional teams around brand positioning and overseeing marketing initiatives to maintain brand consistency. The Brand President will act as a trusted advisor, managing brand challenges, integrating innovative practices, and reporting performance metrics to the executive team. Additionally, they will support and train franchisees, enhance customer experience, and manage the brand’s budget and compliance efforts. Key Accountabilities: Franchise Brand Leadership: Lead and coach the franchise network to drive brand alignment through direct support of franchise locations through coaching and training. Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and evolve long-term brand strategies using market research, competitive insights, and emerging trends to ensure relevance and differentiation. Marketing & Customer Experience: Oversee marketing initiatives and customer touchpoints to deliver a consistent, engaging, and high-quality brand experience. Franchisee Support & Compliance: Provide training, tools, and oversight to ensure franchisees uphold brand standards and regulatory requirements. Performance & Financial Management: Manage brand budgets, track KPIs, and report performance insights to executive leadership to drive data-informed decisions. Stakeholder & Crisis Management: Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead brand communications during critical situations to protect and strengthen brand reputation. Other duties may be assigned Requirements Qualifications: GED or high school diploma required. Minimum of five (5) or more years of leadership experience with a proven track record of leadership or ownership in the lawn care industry. Strong proficiency in leveraging data to make informed business decisions. Ability to align long-term objectives with short-term goals through strategic thinking. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage organizational leadership. Demonstrated success in building, developing, and coaching high-performing teams. Self-reliant with a strong focus on achieving results and driving performance. Outdoor lighting experience, preferred. Franchising experience, preferred. High degree of business acumen, preferred. Experience working with franchises, preferred. Familiarity with the Traction EOS model, preferred. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant degree, preferred.
