Job Summary
We are growing and adding to our team.
We are looking for an energetic and detailed oriented person to join our team, for a period of 12 to 18 months, and with an opporunity for full time, as we are growning.
Although not an entry level position, this role offers further opportunity within the Indeka culture
Familiar with an understanding of the basic principles of procurement, and inventory management, it is also centered around a customer centric environment.

In this role - you will work with key managers to assist with purchasing of inventories for the various brands we distribute as well as partner with some of our Customers and Sales Team in the following:

  • Set up and Create Sell /Line sheets & Lookbooks for brands as directed (Excel/PowerPoint) - for trade shows and sales strategies
  • Generate POs based on customer demand/in coordination with Brand Managers
  • Set up styles in ERP system, Microsoft - Navision
  • Review /Prepare sales orders for Major & Independant accounts against demand to ensure inventory is available to meet their shipment windows
  • Manage open order reports for major retail accounts
  • Communicate style drops/substitutions, date changes, and price changes with major retail partners
  • Follow up as needed with Key customer requests- ETA dates, Inventory availability
  • Update PO summaries for Key accounts
  • Generate various open order reports at the customer level
  • Enter special pricing in the system for customer orders and dropship. (EDI Key Accounts)
  • Provide customer specific worksheets to dropship customers
  • Tag orders accordinlgy for tracking in NAVvision (ERP) for sales orders.
  • Prepare inventory adjustments used for samples/photoshoots
  • Enter ecommerce information for styles in NAV as per dropship worksheets
  • Work with our internal traffic team with regards to X-Factory dates /ETA’s
  • Reach out to customers for extensions + update NAV with new dates
  • Team player - step in and assist with any urgent matters, various projects and tasks that may come up.
  • Liason with Key Managers and Customers with regards to Order management and fill rates
  • Opportunity for full time and advancement

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $47,000.00-$48,500.00 per year
