This role sits within the Brand & Product Marketing squad; a team focused on driving growth by attracting first-time buyers and increasing product adoption across Bash’s ecosystem (e-commerce, fintech, store enablement) through bold, disruptive campaigns. As a copywriter working across product and brand marketing, you’ll bring brand, product and campaign messaging together through insight-driven storytelling and systems thinking - turning complex ideas into clear, human, and high-impact communication that drives product adoption and brand love WHAT YOU’LL DO At Bash, words move people. As part of our creative team, you’ll shape how millions experience our brand, through storytelling that’s clear, human, and designed to inspire action. Strategic messaging systems Define messaging frameworks and audience narratives for B2C, B2B, and B2E audiences. Build scalable copy systems and toolkits for our various products + teams Insight-driven creativity Turn customer and employee insights into big ideas that move the needle. Confident leading or co-facilitating workshops with cross-functional teams (strategy, product, design, enablement). Translate product features (wallet, store tech, bash app) into benefits that connect emotionally and drive action Performance and conversion focus Craft copy that doesn’t just inspire but converts; across paid, owned and in-store channels - ensuring a seamless voice and experience from scroll to store. Test, learn, and optimise messaging for engagement and adoption. Brand storytelling + adoption Shape brand narratives that drive affinity for Bash as a lifestyle and tech platform. Bring new product launches and features to life through creative storytelling that feels human, bold, and distinctly Bash. Uphold and evolve Bash’s voice guidelines, ensuring every message is simple, consistent, and unmistakably on-brand. Internal enablement Partner with enablement and comms teams to build internal storytelling that empowers employees to become brand and product advocates. Collaborate across disciplines: Partner with Creative, Product, Design, Strategy, and Sales Enablement to connect what Bash builds with how people experience it — online and in real life. WHAT YOU HAVE: Qualifications & experience A degree or diploma in graphic design (or similar relevant qualification) 3+ years of w Experience: 5+ years writing across multi-channel ecosystems - digital, social, CRM, paid media, and in-store/OOH. Proven ability to adapt tone, structure, and storytelling for different audiences and placements while maintaining brand integrity. Experience building and scaling messaging frameworks for multiple audiences (B2C, B2B, B2E). Strong conceptual and workshop skills - confident turning insights into creative territories. Excellent at simplifying complex or technical information. Data-curious: comfortable testing copy, measuring engagement, and iterating for impact. Bonus: experience writing for digital products, fintech, or lifestyle apps. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic familiarity with Monday.com. Understanding of SEO best practices, UX writing principles, and content testing/iteration. Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools and A/B testing workflows is advantageous. Collaborative spirit: Ability to work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, contributing to a cohesive brand message. Tools & technical skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus) Working knowledge of Figma (for collaborative design and mock up’s) Basic video editing and animation capabilities (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent) Basic understanding of the Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets, Drive Experience using or a strong interest in AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney/ ChatGPT). To create imagery, short clips and voice overs etc Skills you already have Passionate about fashion, lifestyle storytelling, and culture-led design Trend-aware: you have a good sense of what’s current in fashion, art, media, and design Proactive, self-starting and task-driven with strong organisational skills Excellent time management: able to juggle multiple briefs, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure Comfortable taking initiative, receiving feedback, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Strong portfolio showcasing your work, layout, typography and campaigns worked on Team player Why Join Us?
