YOUR ROLE We are seeking a for a Brand & Product Project Manager responsible for developing, coordinating, and deploying training content that strengthens Maison storytelling and product expertise across retail and wholesale teams globally. Reporting to the International Training Manager, this role ensures that training initiatives are consistent, impactful, and aligned with business objectives and market needs. The role requires close collaboration with regions and HQ partners to ensure engaging and playful content tailored to the specific needs of the field. PLAYING YOUR PART Training content development You will Design and structure brand & product training content to reinforce Maison identity, heritage, and high watchmaking expertise You will Translate complex product information into clear, impactful, and playful training modules adapted to diverse audiences You will Ensure that all content reflects Maison values, business priorities, and market objectives You will Ensure training contents are client-centric and experience-driven You will Partner with the e-learning project manager for digital & scalable deployment Project management You will Lead end-to-end brand & product training content projects, from briefing to deployment, ensuring deadlines, quality, and consistency are met You will Coordinate with internal teams (product, marketing, communication, retail operations, and key stakeholders) to gather insights and validate accuracy You will Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficiency and high standards of delivery Cross-functional collaboration You will Partner with regional trainers & the HQ training team to deploy training across channels You will Act as a key liaison between regions & HQ to adapt content to local needs while maintaining global consistency You will Support adoption and engagement by equipping trainers and managers with the right tools and content You will Build strong partnerships with regional trainers & key partners to identify training opportunities and align initiatives You will Monitor effectiveness and collect feedback to refine future training programs WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL? Success in this role will require Deep understanding of the high watchmaking business, client experience, and retail operations, complemented by strong expertise in high watchmaking products Ability to align training strategies with business objectives 5+ years of experience in training, including international or multi-regional exposure Proven experience in high watchmaking, with strong product knowledge and understanding of Maison standards Active listening, team spirit, adaptability and agility, Solution driven and client-centric mindset Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex insights effectively Fluency in English and French Vacheron Constantin celebrates 270 years as the world’s oldest watchmaker in continuous production since 1755.
