OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, project management professional to join our Brand team. This individual will collaborate closely with Brand team members – strategists, designers, copywriters, and marketers – as well as the larger AT&T Marketing and Growth Organization – to drive execution of strategic brand and marketing initiatives.
The Brand Project Manager will be responsible for driving the day-to-day management of brand design projects, coordinating resources, tracking deliverables and ensuring appropriate cadence of leadership updates. This individual will also support our organizational budget maintenance and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day project management of brand design initiatives – evaluating new design requests against organizational priorities, assigning design resources, creating and managing project plans, and communicating status to all stakeholders
  • Leading and motivating working teams, delegating tasks, and ensuring effective collaboration among internal and external stakeholders
  • Setting project budgets, monitoring agency spend, and ensuring resources are utilized efficiently
  • Identifying potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies, and proactively addressing challenges that may impact project progress
  • Managing stakeholder expectations, clarifying requirements, and ensuring the final deliverable(s) align with our marketing priorities while also building the AT&T brand
