Responsible for maintaining and expanding current business opportunities by leveraging our “package of value” for Kimball Hospitality.   Responsibilities: * Develop a strategic direction for assigned accounts * Utilize and lead resources across organization to drive profitable business * Lead project-based teams (Quoting, PMs, AMs) to ensure successful business and continued business * Know and understand market pricing conditions * Develop and execute sales and pricing strategies * Own key customer relationships & work with our front-line sales representatives in developing the market * Communicate Market conditions (pricing, product, lead-time) * Collaborate with our marketing team to build sales enablement tools * Support our Sales Operations team in maintaining sales pipeline data * Forward-think new challenges/advantages in the industry to help guide the business unit * Drive sales reps to close business * Support client presentations, product reviews, etc. * Identify and vet new opportunities in the hospitality market * 30% Travel Skills to Perform This Role:   Interpersonal Skills * Honest and ethical * Team focused * Positive attitude * Assertive/Flexible * Creative thinking * Ability to build and sustain relationships * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is results driven  Communication Skills * Excellent written & verbal communication skills * Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in an organization (Executive to Analyst) * Ability to communicate issues and propose solutions * Ability to listen effectively  Business Skills * Ability to interact with multiple roles in organization * Can prioritize multiple tasks appropriately to meet business needs * Willingness to act; effective risk taker Technical Skills * Demonstrated experience in understanding and selling a furniture manufacturer package of value * Demonstrated ability to understand customer and market business development drivers and apply strategic decision-making to grow profitable market share The ideal candidate would be located near our Jasper, IN headquarters and work primarily from this location.
