UW Mississauga Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative to join our on-site team in Mississauga. In this role, you will engage directly with customers to promote products and services, assist with sales, and provide excellent customer service. You’ll play a key part in helping well-known brands connect with their customers through direct customer engagement and support our sales goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Full-time availability (Monday to Friday), with some weekend shifts as needed
• Must be able to commute daily to our Mississauga office (on-site role; not remote)
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or marketing is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach
• Self-motivated and comfortable speaking with customers in public settings
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in Canada

• Represent client brands at promotional events, retail setups, and community activations
• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and provide product or service information
• Assist in the sales process by helping customers make informed decisions
• Deliver excellent customer service and follow up as needed
• Maintain a working knowledge of client offerings and current promotions
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with the internal team
• Contribute to team meetings, training sessions, and daily performance goals
