We work closely with our international sales colleagues across markets and functions to ensure smooth operations, effective planning, and strong execution across our sales activities within JACK & JONES Size Collection – including the JUNIOR, MINI and PLUS.
As the go-to person for structure and support, your proactive and approachable mindset will help build strong relationships and create seamless connections between departments, countries, and colleagues.

Then you might be the perfect fit as our new Brand Sales Coordinator for JACK & JONES Size Collection – a key support role where your coordination skills, hands-on mindset, and strong sense of nearness will help drive the efficiency, engagement, and performance of our international sales team.

YOUR ROLE

Your role is a unique mix of administrative excellence, event coordination, and internal stakeholder management. You will assist the sales leadership team and colleagues across countries, contributing to strong sales tools, memorable events, and smooth daily operations.

Overall, your tasks will include:

  • Coordinating and executing practical tasks related to sales events, collection launches, and cross-departmental projects, including A-Z follow-up on collections.
  • Supporting the creation of sales materials, including presentations, data overviews and value creating content. You will also be responsible for collecting and organizing these materials.
  • Supporting key account visits, international meetings and trade fairs – both administratively and practically.
  • Providing day-to-day support to the international sales team – both internally and in the markets.
  • Assisting with ad hoc practical and administrative office tasks.
