Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic Brand & Sales Coordinator to support our growing EMEA business. This is a varied role where you’ll be working closely with teams across sales, marketing, logistics, and finance to help deliver our brand plans and meet sales goals. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly—whether it’s coordinating product launches, supporting our clients, or helping with events and internal projects. If you enjoy working with people, love a good spreadsheet, and have a passion for getting the details right, this could be the perfect role for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support sales planning and coordinate with internal teams (Customer Logistics, Finance, Marketing) to ensure seamless execution from forecasting through to product launch in export markets.
  • Manage day-to-day local market requests, including product information, marketing materials, orders, and regulatory queries.
  • Compile and consolidate critical business data such as inventory reports, forecasts, sales performance, SKU analysis, and pricing details.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth execution of operational processes across all markets and Global teams.
  • Assist senior management with operational tasks including event support and project coordination.
  • Plan and coordinate large-scale meetings and calendar management for regional connects.
  • Manage procurement-related processes including vendor forms, purchase order management, and invoice submissions.
