The Brand Specialist provides support to the Senior Social Media Manager in executing brand initiatives with a strong focus on social media management and influencer marketing. The role is responsible for coordinating campaigns, developing engaging content, and assisting in the implementation of influencer collaborations to strengthen brand’s digital presence. Key Accountabilities: • Assist the Senior Social Media Manager in implementing social media strategies. • Support the planning, scheduling, and posting of content across social media platforms. • Coordinate with influencers and content creators. • Monitor social media engagement, track performance metrics, and prepare, and prepare reports. • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencers to identify new opportunities. • Draft copy and content ideas for social media, ensuring alignment with brand tone and guidelines. • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal creative teams to execute campaigns. • Help manage event coverage, live posting, and amplification of marketing activations on digital platforms. • Ensure that all digital and influencer related initiatives are aligned with overall brand strategy. • Provide administrative and logistical support to the team. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. • 1-3 years experience of experience in social media, digital marketing, or brand support roles. • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and consumer behavior. • Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills. • Creative thinker with attention to detail.
