Description

As a Brand Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and promoting the brand image of the company. The Brand Development Specialist is responsible for developing, designing, and delivering high-quality multimedia content, with an emphasis on video and photography, that supports the multiple brands/industries under The Kent Companies umbrella. This includes brand image, marketing efforts, promotions, and Team Member engagement strategies. This position will create content for various platforms, including digital, social media, web, print, and video, to communicate the company’s products, services, and culture effectively. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive Guest engagement.

SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation
  • Skilled in capturing and editing high-quality photos and videos that align with brand standards.
  • Strong strategic planning skills to develop effective branding strategies
  • Ability to analyze market data and consumer insights
  • Knowledge of video production processes, including scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.
  • Knowledge in photography for use in digital and print content.

Responsibilities
  • Preserving and enhancing the company’s culture though all communication
  • Develops and produces content across various media platforms (e.g., video, digital, print) for marketing and communications purposes
  • Creates engaging and compelling visual, audio, and text-based materials to support branding efforts
  • Manages content projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies
  • Engages in creative design processes to produce high-quality content in both digital and print formats
  • Manages and maintains the company brand through consistent design and messaging
  • Work closely with the Marketing & Brand Development team, operations, training and other internal departments to understand content needs and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Continuously explore new content formats, platforms, and multimedia trends in the industry, benchmarking competitor content strategies to create fresh, engaging, and relevant multimedia experiences for members.
  • Ensures brand consistency in style and messaging across all content
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand development
  • Analyze Guest behavior and adjust branding strategies accordingly
  • Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and design
  • Create promotional displays, signage, and marketing brochures.
  • Assist in monthly store signage packages.
  • Assist in posting and managing the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
  • Assist in internal communications (memos, newsletters etc.).
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
