As a Brand Specialist within our National Marketing Division, you’ll play a key role in supporting passenger and soft SUV vehicle marketing strategies through impactful communication campaigns and model marketing initiatives. Your work will help grow vehicle desirability, strengthen brand connection, and contribute to Toyota’s sales, market share, and profitability objectives across Australia. How you’ll make an impact Support the execution of passenger and soft SUV vehicle communication activities aligned to Toyota’s national brand and marketing objectives. Assist in developing and improving product communication processes to enhance vehicle desirability and sales performance. Support the delivery of advertising campaigns and tactical activity through agency briefs, production timelines, logistics planning, and issue escalation. Act as a key point of contact between National divisions, Regions, and the Dealer Network for passenger and soft SUV communication activities. Monitor campaign timelines and performance against targets, recommending countermeasures where required. Maintain reporting systems and prepare accurate, timely reports to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Support the assessment, selection, and ongoing management of agencies and suppliers to ensure quality delivery at optimal cost. Ensure all activities comply with relevant policies, regulations, and statutory requirements to minimise business risk. Your attributes – if this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you! Degree qualification in business, commerce, marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). 2+ years’ experience in marketing, advertising, or a related communications role. Experience supporting advertising campaigns, agency coordination, and marketing asset delivery. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
