We have a fantastic opportunity for a Brand Standards Executive to join the team at Leonardo Hotels.
As a Brand Standards Executive a dynamic role supporting the Director of Brand Standards Operational Excellence with ensuring that appropriate operational brand standards are identified and agreed, regular reviewed and updated communicated in the business as appropriate and consistently delivered across the Royal, NYX and Limited Edition brands.
Experience in hospitality and especially 4* segment is essential, 5* segment preferable and a flexible attitude is required to meet the needs of a growing business.

Responsibilities
  • Setting up new mystery visits.
  • Review mystery visit questionnaire and deal with queries where necessary from the various hotels.
  • Ensure AA standards reflected in the mystery audits
  • Monitor the consistency of guest experiences in line with brand promises.
  • Identify trends from the mystery audits and create action plans to address any non-compliance issues, ensuring swift rectification.
  • Assist in developing and update training materials to reflect the latest brand standards and policies.
  • Preparing reports for senior management summarizing performance, mystery visit results and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative ideas to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Competitor checks to ensure pricing and FB offering is in line with the competition.
  • Assist in developing and implement procedures, guidelines and checklists to ensure consistency in service delivery and operational processes.
  • Assisting the Director of Brand Standards and Operational Excellence in reviewing, amending and creating SOP’s for the various hotel brands.
  • Menu engineering, beverage costings, menu development; ensure menus are in line with beverage contracting, printing.
  • Ordering of new menus and collateral where required.
