  • What You'll DoDevelop and execute Bookmap's organic social media strategy across multiple platforms.
  • Manage and grow multiple social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.
  • Plan and maintain content calendars, editorial schedules, and publishing workflows.
  • Create, publish, and optimize engaging content, including graphics, videos, educational content, product updates, and company news.
  • Write compelling, brand-aligned copy that drives engagement and community growth.
  • Monitor, moderate, and engage with our online communities by responding to comments and messages.
  • Track social media performance, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations based on key KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, social media trends, and competitor activity to continuously improve performance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product, and Education teams to support campaigns, product launches, webinars, and special events.
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the team lead, providing actionable insights, campaign updates, key trends, and recommendations to improve organic social media performance.
  • Take ownership of additional tasks and cross-functional initiatives assigned by the team to support evolving business needs and company goals.


  • What We're Looking For2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Community Management, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow multiple social media channels simultaneously.
  • Experience planning and maintaining content calendars and editorial schedules across multiple platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with excellent written English.
  • Experience creating engaging visual and video content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or CapCut.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Metricool, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Nice to HaveExperience in fintech, SaaS, trading, or financial services.
  • Experience managing communities on Discord or Reddit.

Content & Buyer Journey Strategist

Remote | Occasional client travel

Our client is an award-winning international digital and creative agency working with ambitious brands across a wide range of sectors.

They are hiring a Content & Buyer Journey Strategist to connect audience insight, content, SEO, Paid and CRM nurturing across their client campaigns.

This is a newly created player-coach role with an approximate 50/50 balance between strategy and hands-on content production. You will define who clients are selling to, map how those buyers make decisions and create the content and nurture journeys that move them towards conversion.

  • What you’ll doDevelop ideal customer profiles and target audience lists
  • Map buyer journeys from awareness through to decision
  • Translate those journeys into content and campaign plans
  • Produce content across articles, landing pages, email, social, video and sales enablement
  • Build HubSpot or CRM nurture flows, workflows and lifecycle stages
  • Support one-to-many, one-to-few and one-to-one ABM campaigns
  • Align content with SEO, Paid and wider digital strategies
  • Coordinate with designers, writers, videographers and other specialists
  • Monitor engagement and conversion performance
  • Present strategies and recommendations directly to clients

You will work across approximately five to ten client projects at different stages, supporting delivery for existing clients and developing strategies for new accounts.

  • What you’ll bringFive or more years’ experience in content strategy, content marketing or a related role
  • Experience developing ICPs, audience segments or buyer journey maps
  • Hands-on content production experience across multiple formats
  • Experience with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform
  • Knowledge of nurture journeys, workflows and lifecycle marketing
  • An understanding of ABM, SEO and search intent
  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills
  • The ability to move confidently between strategy and execution


  • The agency’s client base is predominantly B2B, with some B2C work. This is a remote role with occasional travel to client sites.
