Job Description Support the collection and analysis of market, consumer, and competitor insights, helping to build the foundation of strong brand decisions. Help develop, document, and update frameworks for positioning, messaging, and brand ambassador programs that drive recognition and trust. Translate customer and competitor insights into actionable requirements for how our brands should appear physically, in partnership with Brand Marketing Managers and Designers. Assist in preparing and scheduling creative briefs for both marketing campaigns and brand activation projects throughout the year. Maintain and update strategic playbooks and brand documentation, making sure they are accurate, accessible, and truly useful for teams company-wide. Gather campaign and activation feedback, contribute to best practice sharing, and support the preparation of key learnings and case studies. Qualifications 3–4 years’ experience in brand strategy, marketing, consumer insights, or related fields. Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to turn data into actionable recommendations and effective documentation. Desire to learn, collaborate, and deliver value across multiple projects and teams. Comfortable communicating in English (German or another European language is a plus).
