WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING As Brand Strategy Intern, you will be an integral part of Trade Republic, collaborating closely with many other departments, such as growth, community, creative, product, and senior leadership, to continuously develop, operationalize and communicate our brand strategy. Your responsibilities will include: Contribute to the development and execution of brand initiatives, from insight gathering and opportunity framing to creative concept and rollout Support the execution of campaigns, and film productions across multiple markets, aligning creative ambition with operational realities Assist in managing internal workflows and external partners or agencies to ensure smooth collaboration and high-quality output Translate strategy into actionable project support, tracking timelines, identifying gaps, and maintaining project momentum Research and synthesize brand and audience insights into clear recommendations and creative briefs Help maintain and evolve core brand systems, including tone of voice, visual identity, and playbooks for cross-functional use WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Currently pursuing or already completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a top-tier business, communications, or creative university with excellent grades First experience in branding, ideally in tech, high-growth environments, or at a leading creative agency or strategy consultancy with projects in (brand) marketing Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to translate complex business objectives into clear brand strategies Strong analytical and conceptual skills, paired with curiosity for culture, design, and storytelling Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail under tight timelines Proficiency in English; German is a plus WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY NOW Our culture rewards ownership, excellence, and high energy.
