JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead market research efforts centered on competitive analysis and digital trends, create insights on leading companies and conduct in-depth analysis on key issues, trends, and policies.
  • Understand corporate objectives and develop strategies for the Marketing team, including branding, social media, KOL, SEO, paid ads, and e-commerce operations.
  • Oversee brand management and marketing responsibilities, such as brand positioning, brand strategy, and brand communications, in order to raise brand awareness and favourable consumer word-of-mouth.
  • Responsible for developing marketing strategies, planning marketing projects, managing marketing budgets, and successfully implementing marketing-related tasks. Must provide creative insight as well as strategic planning for online and offline marketing, among other things.
  • Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including but not limited to e-commerce activity coordination, campaign strategy planning, and execution.
  • Bring together separate teams (research, media, product, operations, etc.), collaborate with campaign partners, integrate internal and external marketing resources, and facilitate business expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Degree or above in marketing, advertising, communication or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in marketing or social media-related industries.
  • Oversea study, project experience, and/or job experience are preferred.
  • Excellent brand strategy, marketing planning, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in both integrated marketing communication and interpersonal communication.
  • Proactively taking up obligations and innovating.
  • Able to independently ensure the completion of team projects and interdepartmental projects.
  • An excellent business and user insights thinker, someone who can fully comprehend and meet the demands of business development.
  • Must have a positive mindset, be self-motivated, be able to communicate with others, and see tasks through from start to completion.
  • Able to speak English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
  • Able to work under pressure and communicate well.
