Responsible for supporting The Home Depot (Colobos & Humacao Stores) customers in relation to the Company’s products and services.
Performed the following tasks:
· Advises and trains client and customers on special products; displays products and performs estimates of products for customers.
· Ensures optimal inventory levels.
· Make quotes for special orders.
· Offers training on our products and installation process.
· Offers assistance, to the staff of the store, in the process of quote special orders.
· Check reports of open orders daily.
· Communicates with sales and customer service offices to know order and delivery status.
· Checks and tracks customer complaints to determine the reason for the problem.
· Ensures that the product display is kept clean and in good condition. Coordinates the maintenance and/or repair of the same.
· Keeps advertising material available at all times.
· Perform other tasks as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
· Associate Degree in Business Administration.
· Previous experience working in Sales or Customer Service – 2 years minimum.
· Ability to handle digital programs.
· Good oral communication skills, written, interpersonal relationships.
· Have initiative and motivation to suggest and implement ideas for the proper functioning of the department and customer service.
· Good record of attendance, timeliness and compliance with the Company’s Rules, Policies and Procedures.
Available to work shifts and flexible schedules when the business requires it.
