Happy Place is a leading wellbeing brand whose portfolio includes a chart-topping weekly podcast, annual Festivals, a number of brand partnerships and collaborations, book publishing and a book club. The brand is rapidly growing, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Brand Manager to join our team and help build and elevate the brand, and work alongside the Talent Director in the day-to-day management of the client.

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Brand & Talent Manager at Happy Place you will play a critical role in shaping and enhancing the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all brand and operational touchpoints. You will project manage various parts of the brand and ensure all teams and parts align to the brand strategy. You will help develop and execute brand initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about wellness, brand storytelling and marketing strategy. In addition, you will become the Founder’s Day to day manager.

Qualifications

  • deally a bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Previous experience working with talent of benefit.

    • years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related field, preferably in wellness, broadcast, live or related industry.

    • trong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing channels.
    • roven ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with senior leadership.
    • xperience in developing and executing integrated cross-brand marketing campaigns.
    • xceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
    • trong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
    • roficiency in marketing software/tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.).
    • reative mindset with a passion for storytelling and delivering brand experiences.
    • bility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
    • bility to deal with highly sensitive and confidential issues in a professional manne

    Responsibilities:

    Brand Management-

    • mplement and maintain the brand strategy and annual plan that aligns with the company’s business objectives.
    • longside the Brand Director, support on brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling efforts across all channels to establish and reinforce a strong brand presence.
    • nalyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform brand decisions.
    • versee all brand logistics and day to day running, including contract management and invoicing processes
    • tay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging consumer behaviours to keep the brand relevant and innovative.

    Campaign Management & Execution

    • anage and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, print, experiential, etc.) to build brand awareness and engagement.
    • versee the creative process for all branded content, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
    • ollaborate with the creative team to produce compelling visuals, copy, and assets that align with brand values and resonate with audiences.

    Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • ork closely with the podcast, festival, book club and book imprint teams to ensure brand alignment across all audience touchpoints. Both internal and external teams.
    • oordinate with external agencies and partners to execute brand-related projects and campaigns.
    • rand Operations & Analysis-
    • onitor brand performance and KPIs, including podcast listenership and engagement rates.
    • egularly report on brand performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
    • djust strategies based on data-driven insights to optimize brand impact and growth.

    Podcast production:

    • Day to day management and coordination of guest bookings with booking team, and all logistics around studio and production crew booking.
    • Manage all inbound enquiries.
    • Oversee brand approval from commercial partners through to delivery of ads, and all release forms and podcast asset approvals.
    • rand Consistency-
    • nsure brand consistency across all marketing materials, packaging, digital properties, and audience interactions.
    • phold and enforce brand guidelines across all internal and external communication channels.

    Talent Management:P

    • repare strategies and appropriate documents for advance planning of a client’s career
    • Working with Director to liaise with accounts teams regarding finance and budgets
    • Day to day relationship management of client/brand Founder
    • Develop relationships of industry peers in broadcast, radio and corporate
    • Prepare press strategies for any relevant work the client is doing alongside client PR and publishers (where relevant)
    • Ensure client is accompanied to key events with a suitable member of the management team
    • Ensure talent is engaging on all social media platforms and oversee clients day to day social manager
    • Contract negotiations and a comprehensive understanding of deal points
