Description
Objective: The Area Brand Trainer is responsible for delivering brand-specific training across multiple store locations, ensuring team members are equipped with the product knowledge and customer service skills required to drive sales and enhance brand experience. This role supports succession planning and tracks employee KPIs to tailor training initiatives for performance improvement. Responsibility: Training Delivery Across Locations: Conduct regular in-store training sessions across assigned stores to ensure consistent brand knowledge and customer service excellence. Facilitate onboarding sessions for new joiners and refresher training for existing staff. Ensure all training aligns with brand standards and business goals. Performance-Driven Learning: Monitor store and individual KPIs to identify training needs. Customize training interventions to address performance gaps and support store targets. Provide feedback and coaching to store teams post-training to reinforce learning. Product Knowledge & Brand Alignment: Stay updated on product launches and ensure all store staff are well-informed and confident in selling techniques. Promote brand culture and ensure teams represent the brand accurately and professionally. Succession Planning Support: Identify high-potential store employees and support their development plans. Collaborate with store management to track progress and provide developmental feedback. Reporting & Communication: Maintain training attendance records and submit regular reports on training impact and progress. Share performance insights and training outcomes with Area Managers and Brand Training Manager. Desired Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in retail or brand training, preferably in a multi-store setup. Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable training plans.
