KNOWLEDGE AREAS REQUIRED

  • Must have a deep understanding of Marketing & Branding
  • Must have an understanding of SEO fundamentals
  • Blogging and content creation
  • Social Media Advertising (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Google Ads and YouTube Ads basics
  • Sales booklet, presentation, and digital form design
  • Design of physical assets such as billboards, flyers, ads etc.
  • Direct mail and email marketing campaign development
Responsibilities

KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the daily flow of creative projects from start to finish
  • Create clear, actionable task lists for designers and contractors
  • Fully understand and communicate Gain Street’s wide range of services
  • Assist in planning client websites and preparing all content for handoff to developers
  • Develop full social media strategies and oversee content creation
  • Develop and facilitate direct mail campaigns
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Develop brand guideline booklets from scratch or update existing brands
  • Support blogging initiatives and basic SEO implementation
  • Manage social media, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns
  • Design sales booklets, presentations, and digital forms
  • Learn and understand the commercial roofing industry and client base
  • Oversee all project communication and internal updates
  • Meet daily with leadership to prioritize projects and troubleshoot bottlenecks
  • Step into any project role when needed to keep momentum moving
  • Take ownership of project timelines and meet deadlines consistently
