JOB TITLE: BRANDING CONSULTANT / PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Are you someone who loves variety in your day and enjoys wearing many different hats? At Safety Wear & Signs Limited, we’re looking for a motivated, hands-on person to join our small but mighty team as a Branding Consultant / Production Assistant.
This is not your average role — one moment you could be chatting with clients about exciting branding projects, the next you might be helping in production, or making sure goods are ready to go out the door. If you thrive in a fast-paced, all-hands-to-the-pump environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Answering calls and being the first friendly voice our clients hear
  • Creating quotes and job sheets
  • Building great client relationships and developing branding packages
  • Helping to manage workflow and keep projects moving smoothly
  • Assisting in production when needed (we all get stuck in!)
  • Checking goods in and out, ensuring everything is spot on

  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to muck in wherever needed
  • Organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills — both on the phone and face-to-face
  • Someone creative, customer-focused, and detail-oriented
