POSITION OVERVIEW

This role blends big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, and we’re looking for someone who can inspire teams while keeping a sharp eye on detail. In the role of Branding Director, you’ll lead the creative strategy that keeps our brand consistent and relevant, through innovative, impactful campaigns and experiences— across every channel and customer touchpoint.
You will be responsible for guiding concept development, campaign and web design, and creative execution. You’ll inspire and mentor a team of designers, photographers, videographers and project managers, ensuring every project is on-brand and impactful.
The role involves close collaboration with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Branding Director, Creative Director, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing brand strategy, visual identity systems, and multi-channel creative work.
  • Expert in storytelling—able to translate strategy into visuals, words, and experiences that connect emotionally.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with experience managing creative teams.
  • Proficiency with design, branding, and creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with detail-oriented execution.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
