• Business partnering to R&D with all finance & controlling relevant questions
• Collaboration with the R&D headquarters and all regional R&D Hubs globally as well as with HR, BSS Accounting, IT and other global functions / regions
• Own and drive planning, forecasting, benchmarking and reporting processes of global R&D
• Preparation of ad hoc analyses and business cases for decision support, optimization of budget efficiency and evaluation of chances and risks
• Steering of global R&D budget
• Development, monitoring and analysis of KPI for R&D, as well as identification of improvement measures
• Involvement in the further development of R&D Controlling processes and tools
• Drive knowledge upskilling training sessions to ensure compliance and allow best practice sharing across HQ functions and regional HUBs
• Drive and contribute to the digital roadmap towards enhanced automated reporting, planning and forecasting.
